Tehran (ISNA) – Four months after joining Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), an Iranian trade delegation led by the head of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce will visit Russia in early March.

A few weeks ago, a Russian trade delegation visited Iran to discuss bilateral and multilateral cooperation. According to Iran Chamber of Commerce, the trade delegation is due to visit Moscow on March 3-5.

The Head of Iran-Russia Joint Chamber of Commerce, Hadi Tizhoosh-Taban said, “We have had active economic relations with Russia from years ago and a part of Iran’s products is traditionally being sold in Russian market. However, given the considerable capacities in both sides, extending trade exchanges between the countries is very likely and we hope the related preparations to be provided within EAEU”.
